Advanced technology

The presence of pellets of uniform size , and therefore an ideal distribution of lengths, results in an almost perfect filling of the combustion chamber. This means greater air transpiration between the individual pieces: combustion becomes more efficient and pellet consumption is reduced!

Several independent research institutes have carried out analyses, which have highlighted how an excessive number of short and broken pellets can affect emissions: the tests conducted on HD pellets show how thanks to their homogeneous size, 37% less carbon monoxide is produced! The main problem for the regulation systems during the combustion of wood pellets produced with the "traditional" method is the inhomogeneity of the fuel.
